Pescatarian IS a type of vegetarian, so SelFish is not wrong with the label she chooses for herself. So get off it.
Thanks homie.

I know someone who read "Skinny Bitch" and went vegetarian and ate burritos everyday for lunch and pasta for dinner. She was like, "This is
easier than I thought!" and gained 12 lbs. in 2 months.

Well like groovydee said, there are a lot of people who decide to not eat meat anymore but they don't know how to compensate for the lost protein. They
just end up eating more junk food instead instead of more nuts, vegetables, tofu, etc.

I can relate. I've never understood how so many jjbers think junk food/fast food is disgusting. If I could eat it in unlimtied portions for the rest of my
life--I would!
I love junk food and eating crap and it is so hard for me to eat healthy. But, when you get older you have to start getting a small blizzard...and only once a month...because you start getting fatter! :-/ Congrats. |

It's all good Lideem, I'm just glad you're done investigating.
For the record to those who don't get why junk food is gross, there is junk food, which is one extreme and health food which is the other. Not everyone falls into one category or the other. I don't necessarily eat either. But a diet made up of junk food is not good, medically. Some people just don't eat cookies and cake and Oreos and fast food ever. It has no nutritional value. Do I get a piece of cheesecake to take home everytime I go to Cheesecake Factory? Yes. But that's once every 3 months. |

I eat junk food and meat every day....and I don't exercise.
This is probably why I've gained 15 pounds, in the last 3 years. Oh well. I'll eventually get back on the "no junk food + exercise every day" bandwagon, but I don't feel like it right now. |
