what i really loved about jordan was you felt like you always wanted to watch his games because you never knew...i always felt like every time i watched him
there was a chance something big was gonna happen. you know it wasn't gonna be just a ho hum game. the chance to drop 65 or do some spectacular dunk was
always a possibility.
i think lebron is kind of getting to that point too. |

I miss the rules from that era. They used to be able to play defense without fouls being called for breathing on people. David Stern turned basketball into a
boring sport because athletes nowadays are violent thugs and he is afraid they will brawl again after a foul.

I remember the little intro with the bull running down the street, lol. I was kinda young, but my parents were obsessed so I always watched with them. I guess
it's more exciting to me now because I understand the game better. I'm a KB24 chick, so he's pretty exciting to watch.

I seriously used to be THE biggest Bulls fan back in the day I'd watch every single game. Jordan was my idol (and future husband) back then.

because I would take it so seriously, lol. Back then you routed for guys like Jordan, Magic, Bird, etc. because of their skill, class and unique abilities on
the court, as well as their ability rally as a team (remember the Jordan/Pipen/Rodman/Harper/Longly days?) I never found myself routing against a team because of one particular player (i.e. Kobe/Lakers). I was routing
for the dynasty of the whole team.
I am a Celtics fan these days mostly because of their ability to play as a team, and not necessarily rely on one particular person. |

gah! the chicago bulls intro still gets me pumped! I so miss those days...I miss those Bulls too. I remember my friends and I used to get into it about who was
better, Steve Kerr, Scottie Pippin, or Michael Jordan

It's the only time I ever cared about the NBA. They lost me.
