TMZ had said that many celebs left Elton's event when they heard of Michael's passing. Not sure if that's true, or if Justin was even there...but
if it is, that could explain why we haven't heard anything

Katie, you do have a point, and I'm not saying TMZ or CNN is wrong in this instance, just that CNN has a well-publicized incident of reporting celeb info
BEFORE a confirmation... which may have led them to always confirm before reporting, which is good. Eh, I'm just touchy when it comes to CNN being the
gospel for celebrity news. Being a Justin fan, anytime I hear "CNN reported that so and so had a fender bender..." or something like that, I can
visualize perfectly Justin on Leno going "...and CNN doesn't lie!" and I dunno, it just sticks out.
That being said, I feel horrible for all friends and family of the King of Pop. At least with Farrah we knew it was coming, but this is as shocking as Anna Nicole and Heath

^As much as i love Justin, i think Michael, and only Michael should forever keep his crown!
Other than that, i think Justin said several times that he doesn't like to be called "The King Of Pop". |

yeah no one can ever fill his shoes and i dont think justin wants that title or would feel comfortable taking it. plus i do believe he hates being known as a

I agree. Michael will always be the King of Pop just like no one will ever be considered the King of Rock 'n Roll just because Elvis is dead. Those kind of
titles are given to people who've touched their audience in a way that no other artist will ever be able to compete with.
(Although, I can't help but wonder what Justin should be called since he has fans who love him more than any other artist... But it wouldn't be King of Pop. That will always be Michael.) |
