Everything I've read says it does. Sometimes it seems like a walk helps me a little, but I've never been able to bring myself to do a full workout when
I have bad cramps.

its supposed to, obviously loosening up your muscles and all that, but who the hell feels like execising when they are bloated and crampy?!

This is like the 3rd time I have ever had significant cramps and I'm supposed to work out today, but it just seems like torture.

Yes. It is the hardest thing in the world to get motivated to do it, but I always feel so much better after I've exercised. Even just a few yoga poses seem
to help with cramps.

It makes me what to faint, like my sugar has dropped kind of feeling.. like I produce more insulin than I should or something.

Never. Crawling into a tight ball with a hot water bottle helps me... along with three types of painkillers.

What I've heard is that if you exercise in general, your cramps won't be that bad.

For me it does. However it isn't hardcore working out. Brisk walking, some yoga poses, minor arm work.
No major ab work or extremely strenuous workouts. |

I know that doing a sport can really help because it's exercise and you are focusing on the game and not your body. Or wii Sportss if you have it.
