You don't do daylight savings in Phoenix? Also, are you on the far east of a time zone? That makes a huge difference. My parents live about 200 miles west
of me, and the sun sets like 10-15 mins later there than it does for me.

Yeah there's no DST in Arizona! So right now we're on Pacific time.
I guess in my little world the sun sets at the same time everywhere. |

Aww that would suck! I count down the days during the winter until DST starts again.

In Idaho it would set at 10pm! It was great when I worked on the Patio at Joe's Crab Shack

I'm in California but we are having really long days here right now. It's light when I get up at 5:30 and it's still light way past 8.

I used to drive home from work into Eastern time from Central time, so I'm definitely used to it not always being the same time.

Isn't it true in the state of Arizona that they don't set their clocks back one hour during daylight savings time? So then it's a flip-flop state
between Mountain and Pacific time zones?

Yep. That is true.
Right now we're on Pacific, and in the fall we go to Mountain. Oh and our network shows are on Central time. And when time changes in the fall our cable shows move back an hour. It'd probably be easier to just change our clocks. |
