That's the only thing I ever eat from Chilli's. Yes, it's very good. I get real ranch on it though, not fat free. HAHA. I'm not trying to watch
what I eat, I'm just a vegetarian.

I'm not necessarily counting calories but just trying to eat right. And eating right at restaurants isn't easy

I haven't been to Chili's in so long. I like their Southwest appetizers!

Oooh, I think I'm gonna try it then. I tend to enjoy veggie burgers anyway!

Sometimes a night of eating what you want is fine. It shouldn't hurt your diet too much unless you pig out. But a dinner at Chilis isnt going to ruin
anything for one night.

It's addition by subtraction and what you're trying to subtract isn't enough of what you've already added. |

I love their black bean burgers and the Guiltless Chicken sandwich meal isn't bad either.

I love the guiltless black bean burger, but the bun is a little much, so I usually don't eat it. I also love their broccoli w/ parm.

I've heard it's good!
I love the fajita pita which surprisingly is one of the better things you can get! |

If it had a really thin bun or panini that would be ideal.
BBQ sauce on it sounds delicious though.

But what if that one night of eating what you want turns into several nights? All of a sudden you find yourself eating like a maniac during four or five nights during the week. And you're only working out two days a week to burn off those calories but all you're able to burn is half of what you ate. It's addition by subtraction and what you're trying to subtract isn't enough of what you've already added. If you "hide" from food, this will happen. It will take control, but if you eat it once in a while, you won't crave it everyday. If you know you are going somewhere for dinner, plan it. Eat foods that are less calories, but high protein/fiber that will keep you full and allow you to use your calories for that dinner. If you are going out to eat, plan an extra day of working out or something to get you moving and active to compensate. You can't hide from food though. |
