Kiss My Lips. It's all natural so your lips are absorbing it instead of regular chapstick which has mineral oil.

I've heard that Aquaphor is really good for lips too, but it's a tad expensive for me. I use shea butter.

Carmex.
Do not use anything medicated on your lips! It dries them out so you have to keep reapplying. Make sure when you brush your teeth you also brush your lips to get rid of the dead skin cells. |

I love the chapstick that Caudalie makes (I think that's how it's spelled) you can get it at Sephora, it makes your lips super soft
