So my fiance and I have black leather love seat and chair and we'll be buying the couch to match once we're in the new house.

Do you want a warm, cool, or neutral color? That narrows it down a bit.

There was a picture of a home for sale's living room, they had black leather furniture and light, bright green walls. It looked really nice, but I love
green

I have no idea..i know I don't want light colors....we were thinking of this dark olive color my mom has in her kitchen but now I'm not sure.

How dark do you want your room? I, personally, would pick something lighter, but I prefer an airy room. I think there are some shades of olive green that could
work well. Maybe a medium shade with a bit more yellow in it?

I hate yellow....any kind of yellow
I want something dark, but not super dark. Dan suggested a "light brown" color but I don't think brown and black should go together |

Camel-colored walls could be gorgeous with the black furniture--especially if you got pillows for the couch with those colors in them. Of course, the accents
you get for the room should have those colors (there can be other colors in there, too).

Forest green? royal blue?
You and Dan need to go to home depot and play around with the samples then post them and we'll tell you which to go for. |
