I wonder where this last minute "conflict" came from. We know he's back on the west coast because of the manicure pictures and MTV had him listed
as a presenter. Does it have anything to do with winner v. runner-up pecking order stuff? Maybe Kris couldn't attend and that scotched the snake?

Laura Saltman tweeted that he won't be able to go because of scheduling conflicts.Should I know who Laura Saltman is? But yeah, that's why I said "apparently" because I really don't know if it's 100%. I'd sure enjoy seeing him
