I ended up working in the venue where they played......I was a security...and I was in the front row and i didn't have to pay. it was awesome lol

That song in Terminator Salvation is called The Day the World Went Away.
NIN has some amazing songs. Their live album, And All That Could Have Been, is fantastic. I think that's a good place to become familiar with their songs. Although I recommend given each album a listen in it's entirety I will list my favorites from a few albums that I am very familiar with. The Downward Spiral: Piggy Heresy March of the Pigs Closer (of course) A Warm Place (a beautiful instrumental) Hurt (Also recommend Johnny Cash's version of this) The Fragile: The Day The World Went Away The Frail The Wretched The Fragile The Great Below Pretty Hate Machine: Head Like a Hole Terrible Lie Down In It Something I Can Never Have Sin With Teeth: The Hand That Feeds Everyday Is Exactly the Same Only The Line Begins to Blur Right Where It Belongs (my favorite off this album. Love the lyrics) There's also a few soundtracks. From The Crow there is Dead Souls. Natural Born Killers has Burn and two more that I already listed. Those are my recommendations. If you like those I suggest checking out the newer stuff. I haven't really had a chance to. Enjoy. |
