So my plan is this to limit my calorie intake to 1500 and burn 800-600 a day expect saturdays and sunday's where i would rest. (basic gym trips with weights and tread walk/running intervals and swimming when i can.)
I'm trying to loose 100 to 160 lbs right now i'm 300ish, i want to be between 140 at my lightest and 200 at my heaviest. I'm making 200 my first goal and than going on from there. ( This is in a length of a year at least if not longer, i'm not gonna try to loose it super fast, 2lbs a week and 8-10 a month is the rate.)
My question for this is I'm basing this of of BMR which right now mine is 2200 so what i take from that is if i intake 2200 and my body burns that a day than i should say at my current weight, if i lessen it like I am too 1500 i should loose weight, than plus more if i work out like i am.
So if my intake blances out at 1500 i should be at 140-145 based on my height and age, with some wiggle room depending on my excerise than as well.
To those who know about this, or have had success does this sound right or am I totally taking what BMR is the wrong way and this wont work?
