There were tons of black shows and minority(Black, Asian, Latino) actors w/ prominent roles in tv series. Now, aside from Grey's Anatomy, feels like very
few.
I feel like TV was way more diverse in the 80s and 90s.

This reminds me of last summer, when I was driving around listening to a talk show. They were talking about how bad TV was now.
One woman called up and said "they need to take the black shows off regular TV and put them on the black station where they belong."

One TV show does not equal diversity. I don't even watch new TV shows that don't have black people in them because black people had their own
shows--quality show--and they're being taken away. Networks keep them just long enough to gain viewership then yank them.

I liked the George Lopez show and my wife and kids but they were up against American Idol.
And I did watch Freddie Prinze's show for a second but that
was in the same AI slot and I had no control over the television.
