Oh you're just hearing about the auditions, Laura? They didn't seem to give much notice but I think I heard about them last week or so. But still, a
week's notice isn't much good if you have to travel.
I felt terrible for Mary. Here's twice now where there was a guy she found she could like and Henry's fucked it up. Grr! Here you are screwing a 12-year old girl (or at least someone with the body of a 12-year old) and your daughter's not getting any younger.

I felt bad for Mary cuz it seemed like she really liked that guy and they were cute together. In terms of what I wrote before about the plans, i felt that charles's wife knew about the cromwell plans and I felt bad for her. wifey came in and gave charles this look, i don't remember if he saw the look but he looked in her direction when she left so I think he knew that she knew and I felt bad. She's getting screwed too. Was Mary ever queen? why did elizabeth hate her so much? is this mary, bloody mary? |

Just finished the season last night and while I really do miss Natalie as Anne, this season was fantastic! I even sort of like the new Jane (she was definitely
better than the previous one!). I hope they recast the girl playing Catherine Howard though - like others have said, body of a 12-year-old and she's not
even that attractive in the face! I know that it shouldn't matter but c'mon! This is TV!
I love love love Henry Cavill. So yummy! |

Was elizabeth the end of the tudor era? I remember reading about Jane Grey she got executed right? she was like 16 and was confused about where the chopping
block was and someone guided her to the block and she gave a nice speech then got her head chopped off? It was sad

Yes, Elizabeth ended the Tudor era. Or rather her death did. In a way, she kind of proved Henry's point about having a son. Sons would have carried on the
dynasty. With Elizabeth's death, the Tudor dynasty was over. So it only lasted about 120 years. Compare that to some dyasties which ruled for centuries.
Yes, Jane Grey was a sad case indeed. Mary Tudor had her executed but pretty much because she had no other choice. When everything first happened she had Jane arrested but then released. But because Jane's dumbass in-laws and family tried another uprising to put her back on the throne, Mary had no choice but to execute her. |

Yeah, I can feel sorry for young Mary. Her father was a bastard to her. Didn't say anything about the Queen she became though.
 And while cruel and repressive, didn't kill nearly as many people as her
murderous father did.
