I've hated the CW ever since they dropped Everwood for that shitty Donnie Wahlberg show that didn't even last 10 episodes. Once Supernatural ends,
I'm never watching anything on the network again, they suck.

Tia updated her twitter and said she got word from the Mara (show's creator) that The Game was in fact canceled. And also that it looked like BET won't
be picking up the show either. Sucks hardcore. Actually like this show.

The CW announced a 10-hour primetime fall schedule that included the pairing of two 1990s remakes and a vampire show that will try to take a bite out of
Thursday nights.
Matching predictions, the CW's fall lineup includes a stable Monday night with "Gossip Girl" and "One Tree Hill." Tuesdays with "90210" and the network's revival of "Melrose Place." Wednesday has the network's top-rated "America's Next Top Model" and producer Ashton Kutcher's model-themed drama "Beautiful Life." Thursdays finds the network continuing to have a paranormal pairing on the night, with "Twilight"-hopeful drama "Vampire Diaries" and then "Supernatural." In its final season, "Smalllville" will move to Fridays at 8 p.m., with an encore of "Top Model" at 9 p.m. The simplified schedule eliminates Sunday programming, which the network is giving back to stations. Producers of the CW's Wednesday night supernatural drama "Reaper" are in talks with CW affiliates about possibly continuing the show on Sunday evenings next season. For midseason, the CW has drama "Parental Discretion Advised" from writer/producer Liz Tigelaar. "In just three years, The CW has become TV to talk about, with culturally current, quality programming," said entertainment president Dawn Ostroff. The schedule also omits comedies, with the CW having cancelled "The Game" and "Everybody Hates Chris." Freshman soap "Privileged," which for awhile looked like it was getting a second season, is also cancelled. THE CW's 2009-2010 PRIMETIME SCHEDULE: MONDAY 8:00-9:00 PM GOSSIP GIRL 9:00-10:00 PM ONE TREE HILL TUESDAY 8:00-9:00 PM 90210 9:00-10:00 PM MELROSE PLACE (New Series) WEDNESDAY 8:00-9:00 PM AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL 9:00-10:00 PM THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE (New Series) THURSDAY 8:00-9:00 PM THE VAMPIRE DIARIES (New Series) 9:00-10:00 PM SUPERNATURAL FRIDAY 8:00-9:00 PM SMALLVILLE (New night) 9:00-10:00 PM AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL (Encore Presentation) CW unveils fall lineupSunday night given back to stationsMay 21, 2009, 09:24 AM ET

Why does the CW/WB cancel good shows before it is time, and keep other shows WAY past their expiration date?
I mean do they not remember the disaster that was 7th Heaven? They are driving OTH into the ground just like that. And then of course they cancel shows early like The Game, Everwood, Veronica Mars, etc.! I am so sick of CW. |

BeBeBrenna wrote:You could try One Tree Hill again, since Peyton and Lucas moved out of Tree Hill on the finale and won't be on the show anymore... and Brooke Davis just keeps getting better! I'm happy they didn't move Gossip Girl. I'm glad ANTM is still going strong and I'm willing to give The Beautiful Life a shot. |
