What do you usually take to work for lunch?

Interesting! My grocery store doesn't have these. Are they expensive? Do they taste like alfalfa sprouts?

Yes, I also feel they are a bit more thicker and bigger then the alfalfa. If that makes any sense? There is more to them if you will.
They are the same price at my store, Dana. They are right next to the alfalfa and bean sprouts. It is our normal grocery store and not a special one. However it is a local chain to this area not national. |

Spinach salad is my staple. I top it with roasted chick peas, baby carrots, walnuts, veggie bacon and an olive oil/vinegar dressing with salt and lemon pepper.
I usually bring along a cheese stick and some corn cakes (like rice cakes but...not rice, haha). And a small fruit salad, too!

frozen lean meal, a sandwich, or leftovers as the main. always jello and diet coke as a side.
then my snack (i work 10 to 14 hours a day) i'll bring another diet coke and some almonds or something lasting. |

Don't eat lunch usually. If I eat anything, it's usually pretzels or cheez-it with a diet coke.
