when I worked at Rainforest Cafe:
50% for me and up to 5 more people at all Landrys owned Resturants And it was the same for Joe's Crab Shack but just at Joe's since Landrys doesn't own Joe's anymore |

I got a free meal per shift, lol, because I was a trainer
at applebees, for nontrainers it was liek 2.50 off. and at bjs it was some random percentage |

See, we had 50% too and have for the last 3 years I've worked there.
Recently our owner decided to only give us 25% and claimed it was because of the economy. Truth is, we're the busiest we've ever been and the restaurant is pulling in a LOT of money. Everyone is pissed because we pay pretty much full price and we have regulars that come in and get free food. They can't afford to give us the 50% but they can afford to give away free meals. Ugh. |
