I'm half-Polish (I go back and forth between the States and Poland because my mom lives there) and I've actually heard of her. She's an actress and
I remember her from the movie "Pan Tadeusz" because I was visiting my mom when it came out in Poland. I guess she's sort of well-known in Poland
because she was in that movie, but actually it has more to do with the fact that the movie was directed by Andrzej Wajda so there was a lot of hype for the
movie (which isn't that good in itself, imo) at the time.
