That's so disgusting. All the shit you eat all day is just rotting on your teeth while you sleep. I feel bad for anyone who has to kiss you
I'll be real. I rarely brush my teeth twice a day. And

anywhere.
P.s. eating at 2am is so bad for you. I don't eat after 6pm |

I can't imagine letting all the crap I've eaten all day sit and rot away on my teeth as I sleep.
I brush at least twice a day. Usually more. I have no cavities. |

How can you all not brush your teeth at night? All that plaque that had built up all day is going to stay on your teeth as you sleep.

I don't get all the people who are saying it's all genetic or that you get cavities not because you're not brushing at night but because you drink
a lot of soda. Newsflash: You'd still probably have less cavities if you didn't let the bacteria you've accumulated the entire day marinate in your
mouth overnight.

You might not have any problems now, but 10 years down the line I can almost guarantee you'll develop periodontitis due to the plaque accumulation along
the margins of your gums. Periodontitis is so painless in its progression that you don't realize you have it until it's too late.

I brush only once with toothpaste. At random times throughout the day I'll brush with just water to remove any "film" if I feel any and then just
use a little mouthwash or chew some gum (I'm a gum addict). I'm a very irregular flosser, but I'm getting better.
I only use toothpaste once a day because something about the texture makes me gag and I just can't deal with it more than once. |

I only brush once a day, every once in a while I may do it twice or just use mouthwash. I floss (or water pic) every day and use mouthwash. My dentist always
tells me I have great teeth. I should point out I didn't see the dentist for around 15 years. My dentist was actually surprised there was hardly anything
wrong with them... I never had cavities or other problems when I was a kid and I used to eat tons of sugar when I was a kid. So far in the last 2 or 3 years, I
have only had 2 or 3 very small cavities and no other problems. I have never been told to brush more than once a day.

Using mouthwash multiple times a day isn't good for you either.
