And don't say get under a new one
I actually just erased his phone number so I'm not tempted to call or text.
What do you do to get over a guy?

Honestly, time is the only true way. But in the meantime, hang out with girlfriends and make sure you have NO contact with him whatsoever. That includes
friends telling you what he's doing, checking his facebook, etc etc.

Stay busy, cut off contact with him completely.

**Cut off all contact with him -- delete phone numbers and facebook/myspace, block him and don't accept any contact.
**Toss out everything that reminds you of him -- gifts, cards, pictures, etc. **Occupy yourself with other things. See other people. Don't go places you would normally see him. **If you do run into him, avoid him and refuse to acknowledge his presence. |

I really do the worst thing possible-I go sleep with some guy I don't give a shit about, just to remind myself that there will be other guys in my life.
Then I'm able to move on.

Bury yourself in ice cream, chick flicks and your best girl friends. Just keep yourself distracted at all costs!

I haven't called or text him and actually I feel very empowered that I erased his number. It's like now he doesn't even exist and I can be at
peace. But I have been busy. I"ve been reading books, studying, cleaning, staying out of the house.

IDK I'm not good at it.. I'm actually scared I may really have to figure it out this time and really deal with it. Things are rough. :[
