Please help me out. I have a Blackberry Bold that desperately needs a software update. But I have a Mac, and Missing Sync (the program for BBerry/Mac) is a
piece of poop and has pretty much all but destroyed my laptop. Anyone know anything else I can do? I don't really have access to a PC, but I guess I could
ask one of the guys at work. Do you know how I'd be able to do my own software update on a PC? Or better yet, anybody have any way to do the update but on
a Mac?

I actually haven't, but my understanding was it was just as weak as MissingSync. Have you tried it? Had good results?

There is no solution. I was on the phone for an hour one day with the BB company (I can't remember what it is called something Motion). After transferring
me to several departments the answer was: Update your BB w/ a Windows based computer.
Thanks asshole. Biggest flaw ever. I love my Mac still though
