How do you get great smooth legs? |

So I was wondering since summer is coming...if there are any secrets out there for getting great smooth legs? I personally can't stand to wax my legs. And
I can't Nair my legs or anything like that...it burned my skin last time and the smell is awful. So I just shave. But I get the ingrown hair bumps and
sometimes you can see the pores. So how do other girls get the smooth looking legs? Any suggestions and product recommendations would be greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!

Exfoliate before you shave with a scrub of some kind. I prefer the kinds in the tubs rather than bottles for my legs... they're a lot more gritty. Then
rinse in the hottest water you can handle before applying shaving lotion. Use a sharp razor. I like using a man's razor, I find I have way better control.
I use the vibrating one from Gillette. Then use a rich moisturizer when you get out of the shower before you're completely dry.
Exfoliating is the key to not getting ingrown hairs. |

I use Venus razors with the shaving gel and it makes my legs super smooth. I tried waxing my legs myself with some waxing strips but I didn't do very good
and it left a small part on the lower part of my leg near my ankle all spotty looking. I haven't cut myself on the legs with the Venus razors but I do
agree bweeuteful to exfoliate.

I use the Venus razors, too. Then I use exfoliating scrub and then baby oil (Johnsons & Johnsons with aloe) after I am out of the shower. And lots of
moisturizer.

Thanks a bunch everyone. Exfoliate...that's what I shall do. Any suggestions on great scrubs?

I wish I could remember what it's called, but I left it at my parents house last time I was there. I got this fruity scented one at CVS about a month ago
that made my skin feel like heaven for like 5 days.

I think a lot of it just happens to be skin and hair type. Some people have legs where the hair follicle is still quite visible, even after a close shave. I
always envy people that have a nice "complexion" on their legs. When I was younger though I didn't realize that other people had the same problem
(visible hair follicles).

Something that they do to me at the nail salon is put lotion on my legs and then put a very hot, damp towel over them. It makes them so soft, but I haven't
done it in a really long time so it might not last very long. But if you exfoliate, shave, then put lotion on after and do the towel thing, you should have
very smooth legs!
