Stanley Tucci's wife dies of cancer
NEW YORK, May 7, 2009 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Stanley Tucci's wife, Kate, has died of cancer, friends of the U.S. actor said.
The couple were married for 14 years and had three children together. The family lives in upstate New York.
"My wife was an extraordinary person who showed us all what great strength is," Tucci told the New York Post.
A wake was held for Kate Tucci last weekend, the Post said Thursday.
Stanley Tucci has appeared in dozens of films, including "Prizzi's Honor," "It Could Happen to You," "America's Sweethearts," "Maid in Manhattan" and "The Devil Wears Prada."

Yeah, they were separated a few years ago but not sure what the situation was when she passed. Their youngest child is only 7 years old.
