Nope they just got out of the 'instant camera & film' business.
They are still in business and carry digital cameras now. |

I always wanted a Polaroid instant camera and never got one.
So now I'm getting a Fuji Instax 200. I hope it's good!

Koytoy2004 wrote: The digital Polaroid camera uses an integrated printer to produce 2x3-inch borderless photos. The printer uses Zink Zero Ink Print technology from Zink Imaging. It consists of a composite paper, with cyan, yellow and magnet dye crystals in a protective coat. The millions of crystals embedded within the Polaroid paper are colourless prior to printing. Heat activation causes the images to appear through colouring the crystals, printing images in less time than a traditional Polaroid photo. The camera features a five million pixel resolution sensor and has a three-inch LCD screen where users can crop and edit their images. It also has a 4x digital zoom, flash and self-timer options. It takes SD memory cards and can take 20 photos per battery charge. The camera will retail from May at $300 in the US. Price and availability for the UK has yet to be communicated. |

That's awesome! I don't want it though, I never feel the need to have a print right away.

20 images per battery charge?! Are we supposed to walk around with a camera charger strapped to our asses?

That would be cute as a second camera! I googled and I was talking about I-zones about 10 yrs ago... they came out as little stickers.
