He should be, but Stern is so unpredictable. You never know which rules will apply on any given day.
It was just unexpected to see Derek of all people punk out like that. And then he stood there afterwards like HE was the one that just got knocked down.

and I think it's really stupid that Kobe is getting called out on these plays. People take cheap shots against him all the time. And honestly, it is just ironic that Artest, out of all people would complain about an elbow. Really, though.
