I don't want to go. Sometimes being an adult sucks.

There really is no "good" day to go to the DMV, right? |

If you go early on a weekday, it shouldn't be too bad.

Yeah, last time I went it wasn't bad at all.
But I've heard early on a weekday as well. |

The news kind of put a damper on it last night. They had a report about the DMV being busy "this time of year".

Not really but go early in the morning! I went the other day like an hour after they opened and I swear I was in and out in 15 minutes.

They've restructured things so the waits have gotten to be little to none...It's crazy compared to what they used to be when you could pack a picnic
lunch and sleeping bag for your wait!

I went to the DMV the other day and trust me - DO NOT go on a rainy day! It was rainy and I was talking to the clerk and he was telling me that rainy days are
the worst because many people who work outside can't work so they go to the DMV to get the things done that normally would require them to take off work. I
had to wait about 20 minutes, but the big wait was for tags/title issues.

I once spent 3 1/2 hours at the DMV to get a new license, only to find out later that location makes appts and I could have made one and walked right in and out! I just assumed an appointment wasn't an option -- but don't assume!! It's worth a call to check. |

Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Monday and Friday you have all the people who have crap that expires or expired over the weekend.
