Is it actually fun? Is the food good? I'm trying to figure out where to take my wife on her birthday and that place seems different and fun.

Not gonna lie, I'd be pissed if my husband took me to a buffet/arcade for my birthday
Been there once, food was horrid. |

My wife hates celebrating birthdays and basically doesn't want to do anything. So I'm trying to find a "fun" place that will put a smile on
her face.

Isn't Dave and Busters kind of like Jillians or Espn Zone? We don't have a Dave and Busters in town

My boyfriend likes to go there. He doesn't like the food, but he likes the games.

I have never had a buffet there. Just ordered off a regular menu.

I havn't been to one in a really long time, but I had a blast when I went. I thought it was an awsome place -granted I was like 12 at the time.

It was fun when I went but I was a little kid then so I'm not sure if it would be as fun for adults.
The one time we ate there the food was terrible though. |

the regular menu. The ones here are always packed

Buffets anywhere give me the creeps. Order off the menu. There are game card deals anyway if you order a meal. And yeah, I think it's a fun place. The
games can be pricey, but it's a good time.

great or anything. It's like the equivalent of TGIFriday's or Applebee's.
If your wife enjoys arcades and that kind of stuff, I'm sure she'll have fun and enjoy it. I always enjoy myself when I go. |

None of the DnBs around here are buffets, they're all menu-style. My family and I happen to love DnBs, but certain nights are overrun by the college crowd
- I know because I am in college, and every Thursday is packed with my friends
I think it's a fun place. If it seems like your wife would be into this sort of thing, I'd say go for it. |

Dave and Busters IS like ESPN Zone... It's just not all sports related, but there are a bunch of video games around, and ski ball... and you can earn
prizes..
I've been to Dave and Busters once.. didn't like it that much. The games are too expensive. My bf who is into video games couldn't find many games he liked. He made me leave with him after about an hour. (I'm talking about the one in Times Square in NYC) |

I've never been to a ESPN zone with a full arcade...or any kind of set up remotely like D+B. I guess the Orlando one is different

I went to a Dave and Buster's once, there was no buffet? But we didn't eat the food, just drank and played games. The people who did eat the food (we
met them there) and they said the food sucked.
