Surprisingly, I know a lot of people who are going on trips right now since classes are finishing up.

If you have the money, now is actually the best time to go on a vacation. There are SO many good deals out there because of the recession!

I am going to Ireland in June, but I planned that before things got bad. I think people are still going places, but from what I've heard, they just
aren't spending as much on merchandise/food.

Not everyone is feeling the pinch of a recession. Those who manage money well and have reliable/ "recession proof" jobs are okay for the moment....so
yes, people still go on vacations.

I'm going on vacation next month. With lower gas prices and hotel prices it will actually be a lot more affordable than it was last year.

those!

I'll be the odd one out - I'll miss ya, Peepers.
And yeah, I'm going on a few vacations and a few work trips. The prices right now can't be beat. |

Disney World in July? You people are brave. I don't go out of my house in July, too damn hot and humid here!
I am going to NC in a couple weeks and then driving to NC/MD in July and spending july and part of August between the two states. |
