They are constantly asking for rides! FUCK! Sorry, I just need to vent. Anyone else have friends like this? I'm sick of always helping them, and getting
nothing in return. I just need to cut ties with them, I'm thinking.
I feel like a fucking taxi lately. I told them this is why it SUCKS having a car! Yes, I don't have a job right now..but that doesn't mean I don't
have other shit going on. My friend kept calling me the other night, and texing me. I was sleeping, so I didn't see the text til 6:30AM. Asked if she still
needed a ride. Whatever, fine. I picked her up and dropped her off. She hands me 7 bucks for gas money and says "Here. I'm going to need you to pick
up Josh (her bf) around 10:30. He has an interview here.". I was livid. How can she just expect me to just pick him up? I just did you a favor and picked
you up and dropped you off!
I get ahold of her bf and he says his interview isn't til 1PM. I told him that's too bad, I've got other shit going on around that time. Well she
finds out he didn't make it to his interview, and she's pissed at me.
I had an appointment today, and just got home like 30 minutes ago. She kept trying to call (around 10 times) then texting me a bunch saying it's REALLY
important someone brings him to this other interview!
Like I was just going to leave my appointment to bring him to his interview. They're 21, and 23.
They should have a damn car. Not my responsibility!
Sorry. /end vent.
My "friends" are starting to piss me off lately.

I understand every once in awhile, that's fine! But it's the the point where she's expecting me to do it, or if I can't she just gets pissed
off.
I'm actually better friends with her boyfriend. I've known him for 5 years, and known him for a year and a half since they got together. I guess I moreso just tolerate her than anything. |

That's pretty ridiculous. They're acting like they're entitled.

Ugh I HATE that! I have 2 friends who never bothered to learn how to drive (both are 21!!) and always expect me to drive them places and if I say no they get
mad and wont talk to me for days. Sometimes they don't ask they TELL me I'm taking them somewhere. It makes me so mad. And they don't think they
should have to give me gas money because it's "just what friends do". One of them wont wear a seat belt either and gets mad when I yell at her
and make her put it on. You know what fuck it that bitch can walk from now on or take her trust fund and learn how to drive. Seat belts are required in my car.

No, actually where they live there's no buses that go around their area. They live in Apache Junction, AZ and I'm in east Mesa. About 10 minutes west
of them.
But hey, that's not my fault at all. |

OH MY GOD! Don't ever drive her anywhere ever again. She has lost all friend privileges with that crap!

what the hell? Is he too good to get on a bus or something? You know, you could start charging like a car service would. $45 per half hour. If they want you to
be their personal driver, they need to pay dearly for it.

Your friends sound like losers and you should stop letting them walk all over you.
If he gets the job there are you going to have to drive them to and from work every day? |

You need to stop picking them up or they are just going to expect the same from you.

I know. It really is my fault for letting 'em walk all over me. But she makes me feel like I'm the bad friend for not being there to pick them up. It
wasn't until recently they have been asking for rides a lot.
It's been driving me nuts. |

Way to not have a backbone and defend yourself. It's clear they're asses and are just using you. Instead of venting about it online you should confront
your so called friends.

How are they going to get to work if they don't have a car?

Stop driving them, and if they're your friends, they won't care.

Wow, you have shitty friends! It'd be fine if this is like a once in a while type of favor they need from you, but they're treating you like you're
their driver!
