well she said nothing can be done until the cable is restored. usually i'd just be like "okay" but because she was kind of rude to me i'm a
little irritated!
alright, so the real reason i'm mad is because i'm missing general hospital and oprah, haha but still! guess i'll just wait until it comes back on and call back. i know customer service people have a shitty job because they have to deal with crappy people sometimes but i'm pretty easy and her attitude just kind of sucked. |
