I was in Ireland of all places and was more concerned that I was missing a new episode.

Season 4 Spoilers:
Episode 4.20 - The Rapture written by Jeremy Carver and directed by Charles Beeson
-Castiel appears to Dean in a dream and says he has something important to tell him but they need to meet somewhere private. Dean and Sam go searching for Castiel but instead find Jimmy, Castiel's human vessel, who has only a spotty recollection of being an angel. Jimmy wants to return to his family and normal life, but Dean and Sam are concerned about his safety. [Official Description]
-Sam and Dean investigate a series of mysterious disappearances which turns out to be the beginning of "The Rapture" as prophesized in Revelation. Lilith comes back as 11-year-old Claire McShane. [Livejournal]
-Amelia McShane is a mid-30s housewife who is distraught over her husband's mental state and is terrified he is losing his mind; she is torn between believing his wild stories and keeping her family together.

Episode 4.21-When the Levee Breaks written by Sera Gamble and directed by Robert Singer
-Dean and Bobby lock Sam in Bobby's panic room so he can detox from the demon blood. However, as Bobby sees more seals are being broken he tells Dean they should let Sam out to help them fight the impending apocalypse. Dean disagrees and goes to Castiel for help.
