Scratching.
I remember reading once about half filling a bathtub with water and putting in some vinegar and baking soda. I think it was baking soda. It can from that home remedies book. Maybe try googling the home remedy book? |

Definitely yogurt works. Stick a tampon in plain yougurt and insert it. It has the good bacteria that you are missing.
