I feel like every time I get a cold or my allergies flare up it ends with a sinus infection now. I"m wondering there's anything I can do to prevent
them. Besides a neti pot...I think I'm going to invest in one of those regardless.
Anyone here succeptible to sinus infections?

Me. I ended up getting surgery on one side of my nose about 5 years ago it was seriously the best thing I ever did. But lately this year I've been getting
them again a lot, and I think my other side needs to be fixed. I need to go back to my ENT doctor.

Yeah I have chronic sinus problems year round and antibiotics don't help me. It's horrible!

I have a constant sinus infection. It sucks and I get a lot of headaches because of it.

I was gonna come in here and say neti pot... its been the absolute best thing I ever did for my sinuses. I can actually breathe this spring! Usually I get
allergy congestion which then leads to a sinus infection that lasts from march until about the 2nd week of June. So far this year... nothing!
