Do you have a Homegoods near you? It's owned by the same company that owns TJMaxx, but it's all housewares. They have a pretty big rug section there.

Ugh, is there anywhere I can get a rug for a decent price? It doesn't have to be beautiful... just as long as it's not rough as hell. haha. Edit- I just googled. There are only Homegoods in New Jersey and Yonkers, but that's kind of far. |

They do, but most of the ones I've seen are ugly and soooo overpriced.
