I'm hoping Taylor did well as Gambit. I'm seeing people that saw advanced screenings say that he's does a good job & that his Cajun accent is
also good, but it goes on & off near the end. I'm not going to judge until I see it for myself though.

The accent is not Cajun, he sounds like Tim Riggins! Other than that he does do very well! IMO no one can touch Chris Potter!

I think Hugh Jackman (as a producer of the movie) was totally taken aback by the response to Gambit being in the movie.
Dare I say I know more people who want to see it because of Gambit instead of Wolverine? 
TK looks as I imagined Gambit to look. Still disappointed that he doesn't have red on black eyes. |

He actually does Gambit REALLY REALLY well.

Well, yeah. But I don't think Gambit fans outweigh the hairy mutant.
 It was nice to see other mutants though. I hope he's signed on for the other
movies.

I'm going to this movie for Gambit. They made all the other films about Wolverine and now the character's worn out for me.
I'm expecting for Deadpool to bring the funny. I hope I'm not disappointed. |
