That's all good BUT PLEASE remember to lotion up your feet (especially the heels). Nothing is pretty about ashy feet (or ashy skin for that matter). If your feet look like you have been playing soccer barefoot on a field of chalk please, just take a few seconds to put some lotion on them bad boys.

But we went to his karate class last week where they're barefoot. I looked down and holmes had a ring of ash around his ankles . It's all I could stare at the whole class. I had to stop myself from interrupting the class and charging out onto the mat with a tube of lotion . I was like oh hell naw; you a reflection on me out here. We had the between the toes and all over lotion discussion and demonstration immediately after .

That kid's growing a foot a second and he has man glands now... refused to wear deodorant. Don't know what that was about! lol But yeah, back to feet!
