I love when people give me crap when I turn down something unhealthy, and they say "oh please, you can eat what you want!" Umm, no I can't, how do you think I stay skinny? lol

I have a friend who is continually starving herself and then binging, in an attempt to lose weight (but it always makes her GAIN weight instead). Whenever I turn down unhealthy food she always glares at me and says "Why aren't you eating that - its not like you're trying to lose more weight". People don't realize that for some people maintaining weight loss means making healthy choices!

How many times do you see headlines at super markets proclaiming that because a person looks a certain way, they are anorexic? There's usually no prove to this, just the voice of the one pointing the finger...Like the Mean girls at school. Labels are powerful and they help people feel secure, self righteous and sometimes become very rude in the process. I hope you are able to set them straight.

My MIL was shoving food at me a couple of weeks ago and I said "No thanks, I'm not hungry." She looked at me like I was nuts and said "What does hungry have to do with it?" Um...

I just cuss out the people who feel the need to make a comment. Most of the time I'll come right back and make a comment about their fat selves. One time I grabbed a dudes man boobs and jiggled them while telling him off because his fat ass had the nerve to say I was too skinny. I had to remind him I'm in shape and athletic.....you have manboobs......who here really has a problem with weight?

I would come to her side and tell women this girl could pig out. She's just naturally tiny. And I feel like you can tell a difference between a naturally tiny person and someone who has a disorder.

I guess it looks worse on me bc I lose a lot of weight on the top, so my chest and shoulders are really bony. Then you look at my legs and butt and they're big.
