Hopefully that made sense. I think you're supposed to aim for not any more than 30%, but I'm curious what most people spend. Before or after taxes?

Currently 16% but if I get a condo in the next few weeks, it will jump to 50% including prop. tax and condo fees. Scary as shit but its time to grow up.
