The show's info guide say it's a series finale which means the whole show is ending. Does Heidi realize the show is Laurens to start with?
 Of course you need Lauren.she's the only likeable one on there.
As for Spencers comments about Heidi

They're not even entertaining anymore. They used to be somewhat amusing in a "love-to-hate-em" sort of way, but once they became even more
self-aware and predictable than they already were they became boring. No one actually believes that Spencer thinks that Heidi is that talented or any of the
other "shocking" things that they say. It's just flailing for attention. And they get it & then get rich, so I guess they'll never
stop.
