iPhone users... does your phone not ring when it's locked? |

I had my phone on auto-lock after one minute. When I first got it, it would ring. Then I put a passcode on it and then it wouldn't ring. So I was like,
okay I'll just take the passcode off and it'll be OK. Which it was, when I tested it out. But today my phone did not ring once and I've had two
people call me. But I can hear when I get a text message.
Is my phone stupid? Or is this a common problem? |

I've never put a passcode on it, so I don't know about that. When it auto locks after a certain length of time, it still rings.

My boyfriend has that problem sometimes. He has to reset or restart his phone to get it to ring again.

Do you have the phone app icon in the very bottom (gray part)? If it's above that in the black part with the other app icons it wont ring and it'll go
straight to voice mail.

If restoring it doesn't fix the problem you should make an appointment with the genius bar at the Apple store. They will more than likely just give you a
new phone.
