i don't think i've ever worked out more than 2hrs at a time. these days, i just try to do an hr of cardio 5x/week. idk how anyone w/ a job would find
the time to workout more than 2hrs a day. i only have about 4 or 5hrs of free time after i get off work, and i don't want to spend all of it in the gym.

I usually do 1-1.5 hour/day, sometimes I do 2 or longer if I'm taking a class but I'e never done 2-3 on a daily basis.

I wish I could spend more than 2 hours a day at the gym I think being at work and going to school full time, I am just too exhausted and I need the time off
to study. I just walk an hour 3x a week now. Sucks.

I couldn't imagine working out for that long at one time. I have never been a work out person though.

I have from time to time. But it isn't anything super strenuous or serious. Like taking a walk along the beach and spending the day in the water, water
skiing, tubbing, wave runners etc
Doing walk america/race for the cure where you are shuffling along in a crowd of people not even getting your heart rate up. I'll do a normal workout later in the day. Typical is 45-60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, with stretching type of yoga moves 5 days a week (20 min am/20 min pm) and with an hour of yoga once a week. |
