I probably only use conditioner like once a week. My hair tends to be dry but it just would look horrible if I used conditioner for every shampoo. I had my
hair chemically straightened though so no frizz for me and I use Jasmine oil everytime. That, I'm really addicted to lol

I deep condition for an hour and then do a 3-5 minute conditioner EVERYTIME I wash my hair.
