Depends on the person really. Advil works the best for me, but ibuprofen does the job too. Tylenol does jack for me unless I have a fever.

Motrin works best for me, but I think it's different for everybody.

advil is the same as ibuprofen- as in the active ingredient in advil is ibuprofen
asprin has similar properties to the drug class as the above depends on what your pain is |

Wait, isn't Advil just a brand of ibuprofen? I think ibuprofen is just the generic.

advil/ibuprofen are pain killers but they also reduce immflamation thats why they are good for bone injuries and menstrual pain
tylenol actominophen(sp?) is a pain killer but its no good at reducing inflammation |

Tylenol never works for me by itself. My doctor told me it's safe to take both Advil and Tylenol at the same time if the pain's bad enough, so
sometimes I do that. But I always try just Advil first, and that usually works.

Advil liquid gels for cramps. They start working faster imo.

Ibuprofen for pain.
Aspirin for a small headache or if you're having a heart attack. Tylenol for fevers. It does nothing for pain. |
