Did it hurt going in? Are you having any problems? I'm supposed to have one inserted tomorrow and I'm a little scared. I can't take BC pills
because I have a genetic disorder that makes me more prone to clotting, plus they make me sick.

I have one and it didn't hurt. It just felt like a periord cramp to me. Then again, it was 6 weeks after having my second child so nothing compared to
the contractions I was still remembering, lol.

Well, I just had a baby in November and a miscarriage last month. So, hopefully its nothing like that pain.

It hurt me a good bit and I had some pretty strong cramping afterwords but I know people that it hasn't bothered at all. I think it often has to do with
how your cervix is positioned. (Mine's a little tilted after having a baby.)
I loved mine, had it for two years and only recently took it out so we could have another child. Take some extra strength pain relief before you go in and I bet that will help. Good luck! |
