My other housemates don't really care but I always feel like I have to leave my room/play my music loud to drown them out. And I worry about running into one of them naked or semi-naked when they have their bathroom break immediately after.

I mean, I personally would never have sex if my roommate was home but clearly they're not shy about it, and you can't make them stop, so might as well make it as painless for yourself as possible.

If that doesn't help anything, it might be best to just learn to ignore it or tune it out, it is really awkward but probably not worth causing a huge fight over.

And it's your home too, you're not telling her to NOT have sex, just to keep it down. Mutual respect.
