My mother gave me the sex talk at 5 and every year after that/multiple times a month till this day.
 Now I just laugh and go "mom I know more than you
about this topic." Which is true.
My father on the other hand never talked to me about sex. But once I hit 16 he asked me "did you do the nasty yet?" Me:  !

No. I don't even know how i found about about everything.
I had my first boyfriend and my mom asked me if i had sex with and i said "Yep. He's not the first" and she just said "Oh shit" as she walked by the hallway.  Then she'd just tell me to wear condoms everytime
i'd say i was going out with a guy, Now she tells me not to have sex.

my mom came home with books one day for me...i was like 17 and dating this really good looking guy. she asked me if i slept with him and i told her that i
wasn't ready for sex yet. one day she comes home with a stack of books (the idiots guide to amazing sex, etc...) and told me that if she was dating
somebody that looked that good she would have slept with him already!
she just told me the other day that my dad was a virgin until he met her...that i didn't need to know... |

Yes. My mom had this medical book and showed it to both me and my sister. She just explained the penis and vagina then pulled out a condom and said to always
use them. LOL. My sister and I couldn't have been old then 10, either.

Unless I blocked it out, I don't think my mom ever had a talk to me about it. She left it up to books and television.

My mum bought the movie 'Where Did I Come From?' and sat us all down to watch it when we turned about 8 I guess. Then when mum went out we used to
sneak the video out of her room and watch it because there were naughty parts and cartoon people having sex and it was like totally raunchy.

No. My mom did get me books about puberty when I got my period at 10, though. Those taught me a lot.
And I learned about it in school.
I think it never came up just because I've never really dated or anything. I'm almost 21 and still a virgin. |

No, we had sex ed starting in the 5th grade until 9th grade, and then if you took phys ed. in grades 10 to 12 it was also a part of the curriculum.

My mom has never mentioned sex in our home. Sex talk is fairly taboo.

Hell, no. I learned the old fashioned way from friends and from other kids at school. Of course most of it was wrong and misconception at the time.
