At this point, Teeny, there's nothing to be jealous of because we're about as close to owning it as you are.
Tomorrow's going to be a looooong day. The Realtor is coming over at 9:30 tonight to draft the offer and have us sign everything. |

 We put an offer on a house 2 weeks ago. There were 3 other offers on the table and our realtor called us yesterday and told us we
didn't get it  I was crushed, lol. I'm hoping you have better luck than we did

Aw, captainsdaughter, that sucks!
The realtor was over until midnight last night getting everything signed. She is taking the offer to the seller's agent at about noon, and the sellers are meeting to review offers at 5PM. Please send up positive vibes at 5PM Pacific, if you get a chance! (I was chuckling because my boyfriend, whose initials are RLT, initials in such a way that he uses the same stem for the L and the T, thus essentially initialing "R.I."  )
