I have not taken it yet, but I will be taking the Social Studies Middle School Praxis soon. What is your area of Ed. focus? I have heard that that the Elem.
Ed. Praxis is quite difficult, but each state sets their own passing levels. Missouri has one of the highest, so perhaps that is why they felt their test was
so difficult.

Me! I didn't think it was that bad. I'd say about a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I didn't even study for it and I passed the first time around.

I've never taken it, but I would assume it would be pretty simple. I have taken multiple Praxis II exams for undergrad and grad school and did well on them
without studying.
Why do you need to take a Praxis I? I'm a teacher and I've never had to take it

It's a requirement here. I have to pass it to get accepted into my school's teaching program.

I've taken the Praxis I exam. It wasn't too hard. IMO, it was easier than the SAT.
