Break outs? |

I have been breaking out a lot recently. I have been getting both white and black heads on my cheeks. This has never happened before. Any suggestions on
products or soaps to use?

Try a Vitamin C cleanser.

You're going thru it aren't ya? Last summer my skin was horrible too. I've been using the acne.org regimen by Dan Kern and it has helped me.
Because it's a regimen you won't get instant results.
To combat the blackheads now I'd suggest using the St. Ives apricot scrub. |

ok, so i've been throught his acne trail for so long i think i know everything there is to know about how to get rid of acne..lol
Acne is internal, so don't treat it as only being external (by using creams, topicals etc..). You should probably check out your diet, hormonal levels, and sebum. |

I have been using it the last few days and it seems to be helping. It does seem expensive, but considering how much you are using - a little goes a long ways. Have to agree with xxbabigurlxx, things in your diet can cause acne and hormones too. |

xxbabigurlxx wrote:Have to agree here. While topical soaps, scrubs etc may help, the great percentage of acne is caused by diet. Rather than spend money on products to deal with it topically, cut out all white foods (sugar, dairy, flour etc.) from your diet for about two weeks, drink plenty of water and then see where you stand. I can almost guarantee you'll be happy with the results. Good luck. |
