Jeno! I don't know if you remember me but we were going to buy tickets together for a Justin show a few years ago but I don't remember why we
didn't. 
1.) The show IS in the round. There are TWO catwalks, one on each side of the stage and according to the Verizon center each catwalk comes out about 17-18 rows on the floor. And then hopefully the stage goes up to the LL dead center. Not a ramp like Justin, but hopefully the stage is only a few feet from the first row LL but we wont really know until the first show.
2.) Prolly not. TJ presale tickets go fast, you can try the bundle to see what you can get.
3.) VIP for Pittsburgh was 348 +18 facility charge per ticket and it includes a seat in the first 10ish rows floor and LL center, Soundcheck pass, Early entry to the venue, premium parking, VIP laminate, and a gift bag.

But in respond to VIP prices,
VIP for staples was over 50.00 more, but there isn't all those tiketnaster charges. Holllah!
