I've had mine since October, and no periods! I love it. My boy can't feel it, but the pain was horrible when I first had it inserted.

I haven't gained any weight at all and I've had mine for 2 1/2 years. Some women still have their period for a while, but it will become lighter and
shorter and eventually may go away
